How is the proccess?

Do I keep my number?
Of course, you will only have to change your current HITS Mobile SIM card for the new one that we are going to give you, but your phone number will remain the same.

The change to MÁSMÓVIL is totally FREE. And during the first 30 days, you will have the plan you choose, free of charge.
Do I keep my current balance?
At all times you will have your balance in your new SIM, we transfer the balance you have to your new SIM. This process can take up to 48 hours, but don't worry, because with MÁSMÓVIL you have the first month free of the plan you choose.
